H2O Overdrive is NOT a meal Replacement drink or a protein supplement drink…it is a Hydration drink.

 

Unlike any other Hydration product ( water, electrolyte drinks, etc) , H2O Overdrive actually pulls nutrients into the muscle cells of the athlete using it, and does so about 30 to 40% better than pure water can accomplish. It actually hydrates the body at the cellular level - unlike any other. Cellular hydration is the mechanism that drives energy, glycogen resynthesis, muscle function, stamina, protein synthesis and recovery.

 

The question is this - If your competition can get his/her muscles 30 to 40% better hydrated than YOU  - would they be able to kick your butt and to RECOVER much faster with well hydrated muscles…..YOU BET they would.

 

Over the last decade, many athletes got so sick of high sugar drinks with electrolyte pretenses, that they were forced to avoid so called electrolyte drinks, and had to look for pure water instead. While pure water will not cause diabetes as the high sugar drinks have been shown to, the need of the athlete is for optimal hydration.  Aside from the much better contractive ability of a muscle when properly hydrated, the potential for injury is also far less with optimally hydrated muscles. The fact that an athlete will also benefit from the carbs and protein in the H2O Overdrive, as muscle fuel in addition to the hydration benefit, is just one more unique benefit of this product—unlike high sugar drinks which will cause an insulin spike in most athletes, leading to a net loss in energy available to the muscles, H2O Overdrive’s nutritional payload is delivered  without unwanted sugar spiking,….and the result is muscles that actually feel the energy entering into them!

 

Many products have come out over the last 2 decades to address hydration, but those most dominant in the marketplace have used massive ad campaigns to push a high sugar content that tastes great, but could easily lead to insulin sensitivity or diabetes for heavy users.. In addition, none of these products have a true balanced electrolyte matrix - nor do they provide the necessarry vitamins, minerals or amino acids to drive performance or hydration.

 

H20 Overdrive uses a 3 to 1 ratio of carb to protein to pull nutrients into muscle cells up to 30 to 40% BETTER  than pure water. If you Google the 3 to 1 carb protein ratio for hydration you will find mountains of research on why this is the most effective way to hydrate. If you Google SUGAR DRINKS AND DIABETES, you will find mountains of research and evidence asserting that the ingredients of most “sports drinks” on the market today are actually quite harmful to the athletes using them, in the long run in terms of health and performance. With less than 3 grams of sugar per serving, H2O Overdrive is in a category all by itself. It has the hydration effects an athlete needs, without the insulin spiking associated with high sugar sports drinks they don’t need.

 

Suggested OPTIMAL usage:

•            Hour long intense aerobic efforts ( running/cycling/swimming/speed skating/etc)… one bottle prior just prior to workout, one during, one after.

•            2 hour to 5 hour long aerobic efforts at race pace in hot weather…One bottle at 100% concentration just prior to event start…..mix bottles at a concentration of 50% ( with water) for consumption  during the 2-5 hour event, and post event immediately consume a full bottle at 100% concentration.

· 1 minute to 30 minute sprint oriented event…..one bottle full strength prior, sips throughout the event at 100% strength, and a bottle at 100% concentration on completion.
